Our post-hospital rehabilitation neighborhoods provide exceptional care in two distinct residential settings. 24-hour a day nursing professionals, supervised care, social workers, therapists and physician teams work together to design individualized care plans for everyone who stays with us during their recovery.

During a post-hospital stay at Handmaker, you can choose from family dining or in-room meal service, stay engaged with physical and mental activities or participate in our Adult Day program – we’re designed to advance your recovery.

Services include:

• Three meals per day (in-room or dining room service)
• Weekly housekeeping and linen service
• Convenient transportation to medical appointments, shopping and other off-campus activities
